Easton Riney finished 1-2 with an RBI in Southern’s 8-1 loss to BG East. Devin Hibbs finished 2-3, while Eli Denton drew a walk. Myers Mantooth started on the mound, while Levi Marks pitched in relief.
BG East 12 Yr All-Stars 12, Southern LL 12U All-Stars
Southern jumped out to an early 3-0 lead, but were unable to close it out, losing to BG East 12-3. Max Kauffeld went 2-2 with an RBI, while Jaylen Howard and River Martin both drove in runs. Israel Hughes started on the mound, allowing five earned runs over 2 1/3 innings, while Brady Humphrey pitched in relief.
