Owensboro took down Muhlenberg County at home, while Hancock County, McLean County, and Trinity (Whitesville) all lost.
Henderson County 11, Hancock County 1
Jack Roberts went 1-2 with an RBI as the Hornets fell to Henderson County 11-1. Dylan Mucker and Kolby Keown both had hits, and Porter Hay drew a walk. Mucker allowed three runs over 3 2/3 innings and Landis Pate, Chance Lyday, and Keown all pitched in relief.
Breckinridge County 3, McLean County 2
The Cougars jumped out to an early 2-0 lead, but were unable to close it out as they lost to Breckinridge County 3-2. Jayden Taylor doubled twice and finished 3-4, Corbin Martin went 2-4, and Jaelin Groves finished 2-2.
Owensboro 6, Muhlenberg County 4
The Red Devils jumped out to an early 6-3 lead and never looked back, beating Muhlenberg County 6-4. Hayden McBride and Ty Ashley both drove in a pair of runs, Eli Hampton went 4-4, and Jaxon Fogle walked twice and drove in a run. On the mound, Nash Miller struck out four and allowed three runs over five innings, while Fogle pitched two innings in relief.
Webster County 10, Trinity (Whitesville) 3
The Raiders fell behind 4-1 early and never fully recovered, losing to Webster County 10-3. Isaac Hernandez went 2-4, Harrison Barnett finished 2-3 with an RBI, and Kayin Howard and Rylan Cecil both drove in runs. Cecil allowed six runs over four innings on the mound, while Wade Burch and Barnett both pitched in relief.
