The GO Junior Golf Series held its most recent tournament at the Pearl Club at the Summit on Monday.
In the 3-hole division, Owensboro’s Beckham King (11) and Slaughters’ Stella Johnston (18) won for the boys and girls 8-under age group, while in the 6-hole division, Madisonville’s Jaxson Crook (26) and Clarkson’s Adley Cox (30) won for the boys and girls 9-10 age group.
In the 9-hole division, Madisonville’s Tyler McClain (40) and Central City’s Ainsley Morris (47) won for the boys and girls 11-12 age group, while in the 13-15 age group, Beaver Dam’s Jaymeson Phillips (46) won the boys competition.
In the 18-hole division, Owensboro’s Mason Shivley (81) won the 13-15 boys’ championship, while Owensboro’s Ayla Roberts (87) won the girls’ 13-15 championship. Hanson’s Carter Gabbert beat Owensboro native Spencer Munchbach in a playoff to win the boys 16-18 championship, while Henderson’s Ainsley Dalton (85) won the girls 16-18 championship.
