RiverPark Center is bringing a new sound to summer nights with the launch of Sound Garden, a pop-up bar experience set in the Atmos Energy Courtyard and running Friday and Saturday evenings from May 16 through August 30.
Open from 5-11 p.m. with no cover charge, the 21+ courtyard event will feature acoustic performances by local artists alongside $5 domestic beers and a rotating $6 weekly cocktail special. The space will be transformed into a garden-style lounge with shade structures, water features, and a relaxed atmosphere.
Meanwhile, the nearby Plaza (open to all ages) will host high-energy performances from full bands including Andy Brasher, Josh Merritt, Whiskey Row, Bourbon Roots, Blackford Creek, Insulated, No Governor, and Uncharted.
Sound Garden will be closed on July 4. Private groups of up to 200 people can also reserve the space for events like reunions or office gatherings. To inquire about bookings, call 270-302-4791.
