A total of 34 more cases of COVID-19 and 11 recoveries from the virus were confirmed Monday for the Green River District.
As reported by Green River District Health Department:
- New cases by county: Daviess (10), Henderson (15), McLean (1), Union (7), Webster (1)
- New recoveries by county: Daviess (7), Henderson (4)
- Total number of reported cases in the district: 2,191
- Total number of reported cases now recovered: 1,824 (83%)
- Total number of reported cases currently hospitalized: 18
- Total number of cases that have required hospitalization: 182 (8%)
- Total number of deaths in the district: 29
The county totals to date are:
- Daviess County – 985 cases, 841 recovered, 9 current hospitalizations, 76 ever hospitalized, 12 deaths
- Hancock County – 53 cases, 47 recovered, 0 current hospitalizations, 4 ever hospitalized
- Henderson County – 455 cases, 363 recovered, 3 current hospitalizations, 45 ever hospitalized, 4 deaths
- McLean County – 58 cases, 50 recovered, 0 current hospitalizations, 6 ever hospitalized, 1 death
- Ohio County – 417 cases, 359 recovered, 2 current hospitalizations, 29 ever hospitalized, 9 deaths
- Union County – 107 cases, 72 recovered, 3 current hospitalizations, 7 ever hospitalized, 1 death
- Webster County – 116 cases, 92 recovered, 1 current hospitalization, 15 ever hospitalized, 2 deaths

- Age range: 6 months-95 years old
- Average age: 42
- Male: 48.3%
- Female: 51.7%

The cases reported by GRDHD have been investigated and confirmed locally. These cases are then reported to the Kentucky Department for Public Health. This process sometimes may result in lags between state and local reporting and some discrepancies from duplicate reports.
