A total of 37 more cases of COVID-19 and 63 recoveries were announced Wednesday for the Green River District, including 22 cases and 46 recoveries in Daviess County. Coronavirus-related deaths were reported in Daviess (1) and Henderson (1) counties.
As reported by Green River District Health Department:
- New cases by county: Daviess (22), Henderson (7), McLean (2), Ohio (5), Union (1)
- New recoveries by county: Daviess (46), Henderson (5), McLean (2), Ohio (8), Union (1), Webster (1)
- Total number of reported cases in the district: 20,105
- Total number of reported cases now recovered: 17,977 (89%)
- Total number of reported cases currently hospitalized: 13
- Total number of cases that have required hospitalization: 843 (4%)
- Total number of deaths in the district: 338
The county totals to date are:
- Daviess County – 9,550 cases, 8,585 recovered, 7 current hospitalizations, 341 ever hospitalized, 159 deaths
- Hancock County – 770 cases, 694 recovered, 1 current hospitalization, 22 ever hospitalized, 15 deaths
- Henderson County – 4,241 cases, 3,712 recovered, 1 current hospitalization, 199 ever hospitalized, 60 deaths
- McLean County – 823 cases, 751 recovered, 0 current hospitalizations, 48 ever hospitalized, 26 deaths
- Ohio County – 2,363 cases, 2,111 recovered, 3 current hospitalizations, 116 ever hospitalized, 48 deaths
- Union County – 1,216 cases, 1,113 recovered, 1 current hospitalization, 64 ever hospitalized, 13 deaths
- Webster County – 1,142 cases, 1,011 recovered, 0 current hospitalizations, 54 ever hospitalized, 17 deaths

The cases reported by GRDHD have been investigated and confirmed locally. These cases are then reported to the Kentucky Department for Public Health. This process sometimes may result in lags between state and local reporting and some discrepancies from duplicate reports.
