Due to the ongoing weather today and road conditions, local schools will be closed to in-person learning on Friday. Owensboro Public Schools and Owensboro Catholic Schools will be using a non-traditional instruction day, while Daviess County Public Schools will be using the new DCPS@Home instruction.
OPS
OPS will be utilizing NTI Day 2. As this counts as a school day, it will not have to be made up at the end of the year. To ensure your student is completing work based on the NTI Expectations, head to their website.
DCPS
DCPS will be using the new DCPS@Home. Elementary school students should log in at 9 a.m. and complete the Day One assignment. For middle and high school students’ schedules and any questions, head to their website to see more.

OCS will also be utilizing a non-traditional instruction day.
