Platinum-selling country music artist Gary Allan is returning to Owensboro for a stop on his “Ruthless Tour.” The concert will be at the Sportscenter on August 5 at 8 p.m.
Tickets start at $29 and will go on sale on this Friday at 10 a.m. They will be available online at OwensboroTickets.com, at the Owensboro Convention Center Box Office, and by calling 270-297-9932.
Allan last performed in Owensboro in November 2017.
Allan’s country music career began in 1996 with his gold-certified debut album “Used Heart for Sale.” His first platinum album was the 1999 release “Smoke Rings in the Dark,” and his next two albums also went certified platinum. His next two albums “Get Off on the Pain” (2010) and “Set You Free” (2013) both reached the Top 10 on the U.S. Billboard Top Country Albums charts, at numbers 2 and 1 respectively.
Allan’s has had 26 singles on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts, including the No. 1 hits “Man to Man” and “Tough Little Boys” in 2003, “Nothing On but the Radio” in 2004, and “Every Storm (Runs Out of Rain)” in 2013.
