Pigtails & Cowlicks is again hosting a two-day sale that provides an opportunity for families to buy or sell high-quality children’s items at bargain prices. Presale opportunities begin Oct. 25, while general public shopping is set for Oct. 27 and 28 — all at the Owensboro Convention Center.

“Shoppers save 50-90% off retail prices for the best in name brand and boutique items,” according to the Pigtails & Cowlicks website. “We pride ourselves in selling excellent items in an organized atmosphere.”
VIP presale tickets are available for $15 and will allow access to the exclusive presale on Oct. 25 and a large Pigtails & Cowlicks canvas bag. Limited tickets are available, and they are non-refundable.
The free New Parent Presale ticket will allow you access to the presale on Oct. 26. A new parent is anyone expecting a child, parents with an infant less than 12 months of age, anyone in the process of adopting a child, and anyone fostering a child under the age of 12 months. Grandparents with a grandchild that fit the criteria are also welcome to register for a pass.
All presale tickets will be available at 7 p.m. on Oct 11.
