The 67th Annual Parade of Homes will feature 15 homes from 10 builders across the region, offering a chance for the public to tour a wide range of new builds and design styles. The self-guided tour runs the weekends of July 19-20 and July 26-27.
Homes will be open for tours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

Hosted by the Green River Building Industry Association, the Parade of Homes has been a local tradition since 1958. The event was created as a way to give the public access to a variety of homes in different price ranges, all built by GRBIA members.
“We’ve been doing this for a long time,” said GRBIA executive officer Adam Hicks. “This is unique to our area. I think people enjoy seeing trends they aren’t typically able to see. Most of the time, only the person building the house can see inside, so it intrigues the public.”
Hicks said the event appeals to a wide audience — whether they’re looking to build, move, remodel, or simply explore the latest home design trends. He added that the Parade continues to be a valuable opportunity for local builders to connect with the community.
“The event means everything to our builders,” he said. “We have some incredible builders who build quality homes, and this allows them to showcase their work. We want the community to know they can buy a house in the community built by local builders.”
