Wendell Foster, a local agency serving people with disabilities, has announced the groundbreaking of its new outpatient therapy building. The ceremony will take place on Wed., June 5, 2019, from 12 – 1 p.m. at Wendell Foster on the corner of Ninth and Triplett Streets. The new $3.5 million, 12,600-square-foot facility will primarily contain the physical therapy department, but will be used by all programs which will enable Wendell Foster to expand its reach and services.

“This is a big time in our history, not for us, but for the people we serve in Western Kentucky and Southern Indiana. The state of the art facility will be used by future generations,” said Eric Scharf, Chief Executive Officer of Wendell Foster.
