The Senior Community Center of Owensboro-Daviess County has begun an open search for a new executive director.
“With the resignation of our current executive director, our board has begun a search for her replacement,” said board chair Jennifer Allen.
The executive director is responsible for overseeing the daily administration, programs, and strategic plan of the Senior Community Center. They will provide leadership to volunteers and employees and perform other related work as required.
Key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach, as well as responsibility for the organization’s consistent achievement of the Senior Community Center mission. The full-time position reports directly to the Board of Directors.
Compensation will be determined according to the candidate’s experience, ability, and performance.
