Owensboro Catholic Schools announced on Facebook Thursday they will be closed from Monday until April 3.
All school activities, practices, games and other activities are canceled until further notice.
Officials ask that parents make every effort to send their child to school Friday, unless they are sick, so that they can receive instructions on work assignments.
