Gov. Andy Beshear announced today new guidelines for Kentucky restaurants and bars effective Tuesday.

Capacity increases to 50% while still maintaining six feet of social distance. In addition to the 50%, Beshear announced all food and drink service is to be stopped by 10 p.m. and bars and restaurants are to close by 11 p.m.

Beshear said he hopes businesses maximize their seating outside to help with the limited indoor seating.

Other guidelines include customers must be seated, no congregating at the bar, along with all staff and customers continuing to wear masks.
