A 65-year-old Owensboro woman has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a man Tuesday morning, according to the Owensboro Police Department. The injury was not fatal and the victim has been released from the hospital.
Pamela Totten was charged with second-degree assault for the incident, and detectives are continuing to investigate.
According to OPD, at approximately 10:23 a.m. officers responded to the 1300 block of Independence Avenue for an incident where an adult male was reportedly stabbed one time in the abdomen. The male was transported to the Owensboro Health Regional Hospital and he was later released after receiving medical
treatment.
