The Owensboro Times is announcing its 2026 All-OT Boys’ and Girls’ Track & Field Teams, featuring athletes from our coverage area.
The Track & Field Athletes of the Year were awarded at the OT sports banquet in May. Apollo’s Gabriel Jones was the boys’ winner, while Hancock County’s Carolina Jones was the girls’ winner.
Schools in Owensboro Times’ coverage area include Apollo, Daviess County, Hancock County, McLean County, Owensboro, Owensboro Catholic, and Trinity. Owensboro Times relied primarily on nominations/votes by coaches to determine the All-Coverage Teams and Players of the Year.
