Mark White, 37, of the 4300 block of Veach Rd. was charged Monday with second-degree burglary, second-degree fleeing/evading police and third-degree assault.

Angel J. Torres, 30, of the 1100 block of Burlew Blvd. was charged Monday with trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a minor.
