Joshua Kost, 31, of the 2500 block of Cravens Ave. was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (opiates), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and tampering with physical evidence.
