George S. Hinton, 61, of the 1000 block of W. 7th St. was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and third-degree assault.
John E. Newton, 44, of the 100 block of Woodford Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence (2nd offense) and driving with an open container of alcohol in an operating motor vehicle prohibited.
