A traffic accident occurred Wednesday at the corner of W. 4th St. and Orchard St. at 6:31 p.m. The single-vehicle accident injured driver William T. Campbell, 30, of Bishop Alley. Campbell was transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment of injuries.
A third-degree criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000 were reported Wednesday in the 500 block of W. 3rd St. Two yellow gold 18-karat rings were reported stolen at an estimated value of $11,685.90.
In the 700 block of Sycamore St. on Wednesday, a second-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking under $500 were reported. Seven $20 bills, two $5 bills and a pair of glasses were reported stolen at an estimated value of $150.
