A traffic accident occurred Monday at 8:10 a.m. on J.R. Miller Blvd. Charles R. Alvey, 78, of the 2700 block of Yellowstone, Kimberly G. Smith, 54, of the 900 block of Rogers Ct. and Patricia S. Cooper, 61, of the 300 block of Dieteile Dr. North were driving in the three-vehicle accident. Alvey was injured and transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment of injuries.
A theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported Tuesday in the 60 block of Gilmore Ct. A black Galaxy Note 9 was reported stolen at a value of $900.
A first-degree sexual abuse was reported Tuesday on Lisbon Dr.
At the corner of Tamarack Rd. and Lovell Rd. on Wednesday, a third-degree assault, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon were reported.
