• James Archie, 46, of the 2400 block of West. 5th Street, was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Eric Bell, 33, homeless, was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Mary Phelps, 30, of the 1300 block of West. 2nd Street was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
