Brescia women fall to Asbury

The Brescia women’s basketball team attempted a comeback Saturday against Asbury but couldn’t complete it as they fell at home.

Asbury won the game 99-83 despite being outscored 27-19 in the fourth quarter.

Cassidy Moss led all scorers with a game-high 19 points while Madelyn Lyon and Alecea Homer each finished with 12 points.

Kelsey Johnson and Trinity Shearer each finished with 13 to lead Asbury.
