Beshear, KDE recommend canceling in-person classes for 2 weeks

At a 5 p.m. press conference on Thursday, Gov. Beshear recommended all public and private K-12 schools in Kentucky cease in-person classes for at least two weeks, starting Monday.

His recommendation was supported by Acting Commissioner for the Kentucky Department of Education Kevin Brown, who was also in attendance.
